Introduction Vivid World:
In ARC Raiders, the game moves between the dangerous machines that rule the surface and the lively society of Speranza below. You can make, fix, and improve your gear in the safety of your own workshop before going outside to find things in a beautiful but destroyed world. You can play by yourself or with up to three other people, and you have to deal with the constant threat of ARC’s machines and the random choices of other survivors. You’re the only one who can decide what kind of Raider you are and how far you’ll go to win.
At launch, you can explore four different maps. As the underground society grows and changes, more maps will be added. Each place holds the weight of a world that has been destroyed twice and the scars of both old and new wars. Find useful items among the ruins and put together the past as nature slowly takes it back. No two runs are the same because the map conditions change over time. New weather, enemies, and game features make each run unpredictable and dangerous.
There are different weapons for every fight, whether you’re going to fight special ARC enemies or other Raiders. Different types of guns, like SMGs, rifles, shotguns, and more advanced weapons like railguns and energy weapons, let you find the right one for your style. Grenades, traps, ziplines, and deployables give you the tactical depth you need to beat your enemies. Augments let you customise your loadout to the way you like to play by giving you extra inventory spots and other benefits.
